We want you to love your Godspeed pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how to return or exchange it smoothly.
14-Day Return Window
Initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be new, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached.
Fast Processing
3–5 business days after your return arrives at our facility.
Easy Exchanges
One domestic size exchange per item when stock is available.
Return Eligibility
Eligible
- Unworn, unwashed apparel in original condition
- All original tags and packaging intact
- Initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Not Eligible
- Final sale, clearance, or gift cards
- Limited/numbered drops marked “Final Sale”
- Items showing wear, wash, odors, or alterations
- Underwear, socks, headwear (for hygiene), unless sealed
- Bundles missing included items or freebies
If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must be returned as well to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the gift’s retail value may be deducted.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, items, and reason for return.
- Wait for your RMA instructions and return label (domestic US). International customers receive instructions to ship with a tracked service.
- Pack securely. Items must be in sellable condition with all tags attached.
- Drop your package and keep the receipt/tracking until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
Exchanges
We offer one domestic size exchange per item when stock is available. If the requested size is sold out, we’ll issue store credit or a refund per your preference.
- US exchanges: We’ll provide a prepaid label for returns; the replacement ships once your return scans in transit.
- International exchanges: Please return the original item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for the desired size.
Fees & Processing Time
Return Shipping
- Domestic US: $8 return label fee deducted from refund. Free for size exchanges and store credit.
- International: Customer pays return shipping and any customs/duties.
Refund Timing
- 3–5 business days after your return is delivered to our facility
- Bank processing can add 3–10 business days to see funds
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Packages refused or returned to sender may incur a reship fee or have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
- Email photos of the item, packaging, and packing slip
- Keep all packaging until we provide next steps
- We cover return shipping for our errors or defects
International Returns & Duties
- Mark your shipment as “Return Merchandise” to avoid additional import fees.
- Duties, taxes, and original shipping are non-refundable.
- Use a tracked service and keep proof of drop-off; we’re not liable for lost returns.
Additional Terms
- Holiday window: Orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 may be returned until Jan 15.
- Price adjustments: Not offered at this time.
- Gift returns: Eligible for store credit issued to the gift recipient.
- Quality checks: Items failing inspection may be denied or incur a cleaning fee.
Returns FAQ
Use your carrier tracking to confirm delivery. We process returns within 3–5 business days after delivery and email you once complete.
Please use separate labels and include the correct packing slip or RMA for each order to avoid delays.
