Order Processing & Fulfillment

We aim to dispatch quickly while ensuring accuracy and quality.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • During drops, sales, or holidays, please allow an extra 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-order items ship within their stated window. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together once all items are available. For fastest delivery, place separate orders.

United States Shipping

We ship nationwide using trusted carriers. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • Standard: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • Express/Overnight: 1–2 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx based on the most reliable route.
  • Some high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery for security.

International Shipping

We deliver to most countries. Transit times vary by carrier, route, and customs processing.

  • Typical transit: 7–21 business days after dispatch.
  • Duties/Taxes: Shipments are usually sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Local duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless stated at checkout.
  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries: If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or incorrect address, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Reship fees may apply.
  • Some regions may experience extended customs clearance times.

Order Tracking

  • Confirmation emails are sent after checkout and again once your order ships with tracking details.
  • Tracking activity may take up to 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office before contacting us.

Addresses, PO Boxes & APO/FPO

  • We ship to residential, business, and PO Box addresses within the US (PO Box shipments may use USPS only).
  • APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS. Transit may be longer.
  • We cannot ship to unverified addresses. Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • To request an address change or cancellation, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once processing begins.
  • We cannot reroute packages after they have shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Marked as delivered but not received: Wait 24–48 hours and check nearby areas. If still missing, contact us for next steps.
  • In transit with no updates: Domestic claims can typically be initiated after 7 business days; international after 15 business days.
  • Damaged on arrival: Please email photos of the packaging and item within 7 days of delivery so we can assist.

Split Shipments

To keep things moving, items in your order may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

  • During high-volume periods, carriers may experience delays outside our control.
  • Order early to ensure on-time delivery for gifts or special events.

  • We prioritize recyclable mailers and right-sized packaging to reduce waste.
  • Where possible, multiple items are consolidated into a single shipment.

How long until my order ships?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it leaves our facility.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally run free-shipping promotions. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout based on item(s), destination, and service level.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email [email protected] immediately with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn’t entered fulfillment, we’ll update it. Changes aren’t possible once shipped.
Will international orders have customs fees?
Many countries charge duties/taxes on imports. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise noted at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO?
Yes. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses ship via USPS. Transit times may be longer than standard street addresses.
My tracking shows delivered but I don't see it.
