GodspeedShirtMen.com (“Site”) is operated by Godspeed Shirt Men (“GSM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 847 Broadway, Suite 302, New York, NY 10003, United States. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, as well as purchases of products offered on the Site, including tees, long sleeves, hoodies, and accessories geared toward premium NYC streetwear.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Eligibility & Account

• Stock is limited, especially for “limited drops.” Items may sell out without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, per household, or per customer to ensure fair access.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time prior to order acceptance.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Promo codes and offers are subject to separate terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
• We endeavor to display accurate pricing; however, we may cancel or adjust orders for obvious errors subject to applicable law.

6. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

• Your order is an offer to purchase products. We accept your offer when we dispatch the products and send a shipping confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, address verification, or product unavailability.
• If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., carrier issues, weather, customs).

• Returned products must be in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, worn goods, and certain limited releases may be non‑returnable.

9. Limited Drops & Preorders

• Limited drops and preorders are produced in restricted quantities and may include extended lead times noted on the product page.
• Estimated ship dates are targets and may shift. We will communicate material delays where feasible.
• We reserve the right to cap quantities per customer to maintain fair access.

10. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site—including graphics, logos, product photography, text, and layout—is owned by or licensed to GSM and protected by IP laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
